Truely usable and helpful. Battery life is perfect. One recharge ending for a month. Pumping performance is at par. Great product and a must have for every home using the bottled water.

Working fine..but the cable given with the product is not worthy..

This water dispenser pump is definitely a convenient, new-age technology item that simplifies pouring water from large cans. The actual water pumping functionality is good and works as expected. However, I do have a few significant concerns:No Full Charge Indicator: A major downside is that there is no clear indication to show when the battery is fully charged, making it easy to overcharge it.Loud Noise: The operational noise is quite loud and a bit awkward when it's running.Durability & Battery Life: I am also somewhat concerned about how long the overall build quality and the battery life will actually last over long-term use.It is a helpful tool for the price, but it definitely has room for improvement regarding its design and noise levels.

Product is working fine, best fit for 20 l can

I ordered the Konquer TimeS KTS Automatic Wireless Water Can Dispenser Pump and was really excited to use it. Unfortunately, I faced an issue with my first order – the product was not received properly. I contacted the seller’s customer support team, and I must say they were extremely professional and supportive. They quickly understood my concern, and without asking too many questions or creating any trouble, they arranged for a replacement unit. This really gave me confidence that the seller values customers and stands behind their product. The communication was smooth, polite, and very quick. When the replacement arrived, I tested it immediately, and I am very happy to say it works perfectly. The dispenser charges well, the motor runs smoothly, and the water flow is steady. It has made my daily routine so much easier because now I don’t have to lift heavy cans or struggle with manual pumps. The design is compact and user-friendly. Even elderly family members can use it without any difficulty. The battery backup is strong, and the product feels sturdy and reliable in the long run. What impressed me the most was not just the product quality but also the seller’s commitment to customer satisfaction. These days, good service is as important as a good product, and here I found both.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience. A small issue in the beginning turned into a positive story because of how quickly and professionally it was handled. I truly appreciate the excellent support and the quality of this dispenser.Highly recommended product and a very trustworthy seller!

We ordered this on July 7th 25 and it was delivered by the 9th — super quick! We've been using it for about 11 days now, and honestly, it's been great. One of the best features is the automatic cut-off after every 2-liter refill. So even if you forget to turn it off, there's no water wastage — super handy. From what I’ve seen, one charge lasts through about 4 cans. For our small (nuclear) family, that means we only need to recharge it about once every 6 days, which is super convenient.Edit- its been 9 months and now seems the battery has an issue and times it stops working though charged.... life span is ~ 9months to a year

We have been using this in our clinic for over 4 months now to dispense water and we find this an excellent product to use especially to avoid lifting the heavy 20 l water cans. The charge lasts for a good amount of time and its very easy to use and maintain.
