Easy to get going and use. Provided a nice massage with warmth. The handles allow me to apply more pressure if needed, and I can let it rest on my neck and do its thing if I rest back on my chair.

This works really really good. Easy to charge and use. Has a few different settings with heat and modes. Can be used in many places not just the neck. Lightweight and sits on the neck and shoulders perfectly. Would make a great gift.

This does an incredible job loosening up a stiff neck and shoulders, but I tried it out on my lower back and was amazed at how good it made my lower spine and back feel. I'm certainly a fan of this massager and recommend it!

While it contours perfectly for my wife’s build, I find it a touch too snug on my broader shoulders. Even so, it’s a top‑notch option for easing neck and shoulder tension.

It was a bit unwieldy at first, but once I learned that you HAVE to use the buckled strap to strap it to yourself, it worked perfectly. Controls are simple- there’s only 2 modes, 1 heat setting (on or off), and 2 intensities. That’s it, and it’s enough, simple is good. The strap loops allow you to pull it harder against yourself for a deeper massage.The way the nubs move is specifically designed for the neck- it’s more of a back and forth motion rather than a circular motion other more general shiatsu massagers employ, and because of this it works a lot better than for the neck than those other ones. Though as the pictures show, you can use it elsewhere too.~Unbiased review- No benefit/penalty for good/bad marks~

What a nice neck massager! I've been using this everyday now and I love it has enough pressure to work out knots in my neck and shoulder blade area. It may not be for everybody since the hard balls can be somewhat uncomfortable if you apply to much forward pressure or you are against a fairly hard surface on the back side of the massager, because it pretty hard into your body. But you have total control of how hard or comfortable level. The heat function is a plus for you relax and relief the pain after a long day, especially for someone that work in front of computer for a long hour. Perfect size for most the people.

It hurts so good! The straps allow you to pull the unit closer to your neck to provide a stronger massage if desired. If you pull tightly, it can massage very hard and deep. The heating function is useful to provide a warming massage. I have had and used several different type of neck massagers, and this is the first design that provides a deep massage and in my opinion is closest to a real deep squeezing massage by human hands. I like it, even though it hurts sometimes.

It's a little too heavy for my sore neck. The massaging can be very aggressive so be careful with the settings for beginning. Overall, I think it's a mediocre quality for the price and there are better neck massagers for around same price range.
